Review Your Order Proof

IMPORTANT INFO - PLEASE READ:

  • PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW YOUR PROOF! In most cases we have made adjustments to your submitted art to meet our print requirements.
  • Confirm all aspects of your design, including ink colors, print locations, dimensions, spelling and overall accuracy. Please click here to learn more about how to review your Proof, including info on centering, Pantone ink colors, etc
  • If your order contains multiple garment colors, we will print the same ink colors across all garments. However, there may be slight ink shade differences in the resulting print across the different garment colors. 

ACTION STEPS:

  1. After you review your proof, you MUST click either Approve or Request Changes at the bottom of the page.
  2. If you need your proof changed, please leave detailed comments below and click Request Changes. If you click Approve below, you are attesting you have reviewed and approved all order details including the garment and artwork proofs.
  3. Once you click Approve, your order will be finalized and sent to production, and no further changes can be made. 

TURNAROUND INFO:

  • If you selected our free standard turnaround, your order is estimated to ship out 15 BUSINESS days from the date of final proof approval. If you paid for expedited turnaround at checkout, your order is guaranteed to ship out in either 10 or 5 BUSINESS days after approval. Please click here for more info on our turnaround policy.
  • Please note that while we will make every effort to ship ASAP, our standard turnaround is not guaranteed and may slip due to busier seasons with heavier volume.
  • If you have a specific HARD DEADLINE, please email help@ultrapress.com with your order number and hard deadline date.
  • We'll check your order's selected turnaround to confirm expected in-hands date and let you know possible expedited shipping options/quotes if you'd like to upgrade.
  • Even if there's ample time remaining before your deadline, we still highly recommend you let us know as soon as possible so we can notate.
