Your proofs are located at the bottom of this page. To move your order along, you MUST click either the Approve or Request Changes buttons located below the proofs.
ACTION STEPS
- Please scroll down and CAREFULLY REVIEW YOUR PROOF(S)! In most cases we have made adjustments to your submitted art to meet our print requirements.
- Confirm ALL ASPECTS of your design, including ink colors, print locations, dimensions, spelling, and overall accuracy. Click here to learn how to review your proof (centering, Pantone ink colors, etc.).
- If your order contains multiple garment colors, we will print the same ink colors across all garments. There may be slight ink shade differences in the resulting print across the different garment colors.
- If you need changes made, please leave detailed comments in the box and click Request Changes.
- If everything looks good, click Approve. Your order will be finalized and sent to production, and no further changes can be made. Cancelling your order after approval is subject to a cancellation fee (full policy here).

TURNAROUND INFO
As of 3/23/26, only our STANDARD free 15 business day turnaround is available. [FASTER] 10 BD is currently sold out:
- Your order will ship based on what you selected at checkout (check the bottom of your initial order confirmation email).
- (SOLD OUT) If you'd like to upgrade to the FASTER 10 Business Day option, please email help@ultrapress.com BEFORE you approve your proofs.
- If you approve your proofs first and then email requesting an upgrade, your order will then ship out 10 business days after the upgraded turnaround invoice is paid.

HAVE A HARD DEADLINE?
Please email help@ultrapress.com with your order number and hard deadline date. Even if there's ample time remaining before your deadline, we strongly recommend you inform us ASAP so we can notate it.
- If upgrading turnaround speed and/or expedited UPS shipping is required to meet your hard deadline, we will provide quotes over email and send an additional invoice if you wish to proceed. Upgraded options are not always available and depend on our production capacity and which stage of your order you reach out to us.
- If your hard deadline date is not possible, we will let you know and provide order cancellation options.
