Store owner replied: Thank you so much! We’re glad everything went smoothly and that you’re happy with the shirts!
I placed an order with 3 colors. The Sport Grey shirts some had issues: stains and affected areas with the logo ink. I would suggest product quality inspection personnel. The shirts are not the softest, but not the worst.
Gildan Softstyle® 64000 T-Shirt Package (100 Piece Minimum)
Store owner replied: Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that some of the Sport Grey shirts arrived with stains or issues around the printed area. That’s not the quality we expect our customers to receive. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please email us at help@ultrapress.com with your order number and let us know how many shirts were affected. We’ll be happy to refund you for the affected pieces. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Feedback like this also helps us identify where we need to improve our quality control process.
This was my second order with Ultrapress and again, they did not disappoint! The shirt and print quality were excellent. The turnaround time was very reasonable considering the fantastic price point of their products. Ultrapress is definitely my go-to whenever I need quality shirts at a great price. Their customer service and support is also top notch. No complaints at all. Very happy and would recommend Ultrapress 100%! Thank you.

After a slight scare/concern, all of my order is received and complete. 1 of 3 boxes got separated and delivered separately from the first 2 boxes. Luckily, UltraPress labeled each box and its contents so it was simple for me to account after I calmed down and realized the missing box was being delivered on a separate date. I am satisfied with the quality of print and especially the cost of the shirts. Will definitely order from UltraPress again!

The proof we approved and the design we receive are not the same
Gildan Ultra Cotton® 2000 T-Shirt Package (100 Piece Minimum)
Store owner replied: Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the finished product did not meet your expectations. The proof that was provided and approved included a specific disclaimer noting that the small areas of the design would fill in during the screen-printing process. The proof was approved with that information included before we moved forward with production. That said, we still wanted to provide a resolution. We sent a prepaid return label and offered a refund upon return of the order. The customer ultimately decided to keep the order rather than return it for a refund. We always want our customers to be happy with their orders, which is why we do our best to clearly communicate any potential printing limitations during the proofing process and provide reasonable solutions when concerns arise.
Overall the shirts looked pretty good upon arrival. Shirt quality great, but the screen printing was a bit off - our shirts are black with yellow logo. The yellow print didn't look heavy enough, but the Team responded promptly to my email, acknowledged the issue we had, resolved it directly with their manufacturing team, and gave us a discount off our order. This is customer service. Your first instinct might be to go somewhere else, but with this level of attention and customer service, I'll be reordering again 👍
