Gift cards purchased by 10/9/26 Midnight CT will be issued and emailed to you on 10/30/26. They cannot be redeemed before issuance. Payment is collected at checkout between now and 10/9.

When can I use my bonus gift card?
All bonus gift cards from this Texas Grand Opening Promo will be issued and emailed on October 30, 2026. You can use it from that date onward. Payment is collected when you buy now through October 9th. This promo's gift card purchase window ends 10/9/2026 at Midnight Central Tiime.
How does the free rush turnaround work?
Any order that uses any amount of the promo gift card will automatically receive the specified turnaround applied to the order. For example, if you purchased Gift Card #2 (free 10 Business Day Rush), and applied that gift card towards an order, that order will automatically receive 10 Business Day rush turnaround.
Is the bonus included in the gift card?
Yes. You receive the full credit amount shown for your chosen gift card, including the bonus. If you purchase Gift Card #1 for $250, you will receive a $300 gift card. If you purchase Gift Card #2 for $500, you will receive a $625 gift card. If you purchase Gift Card #3 for $1,500, you will receive a $1,950 gift card.
Where do I apply the gift card?
After you receive your gift card via email on October 30th, you can enter your gift card code at checkout on our website.
If my order is less than the amount of the gift card, what happens to the remaining credit?
The remaining credit stays on your gift card balance. These gift cards never expire, so the code can be entered again and applied towards another future order.
What if my order costs more than the amount of my gift card?
At checkout, your entire available gift card balance will be applied toward the order. If the order amount is greater than your gift card balance, you can pay the remainder with a credit card.
Can I combine multiple gift cards?
Yes. You can use multiple gift cards on one order. When more than one qualifying promo gift card is redeemed, the fastest turnaround associated with those cards applies to your order. For example if you purchased Gift Card #2 and Gift Card #3 and apply both towards an order, that order will receive 7 Business Day rush turnaround.
Can I give these gift cards to someone else?
Yes! Once you receive your gift card on October 30th, you can share it and gift it to someone else. Its credit and included turnaround benefit will also transfer.
Can I use these gift cards on package deals?
Yes! You can use these gift cards on any product and order paid through our website.
Do these gift cards expire?
No. Unused credit stays on the card for future orders. You can check your remaining balance through the link in your gift card email.
Can I cancel my preordered gift card?
You may cancel your gift card and receive a full refund anytime before 10/30/2026. Once your gift card is issued to you via email on October 30th, it is no longer cancellable or refundable.
