We have three turnaround times - the first is our standard (free) turnaround*, and the other two are expedited options:

• [FREE] 15 Business Day Standard Turnaround + FREE UPS Ground Transit
• [FASTER] 10 Business Day Turnaround + FREE UPS Ground Transit (+$100)
• [FASTEST] 5 Business Day Turnaround + FREE UPS Ground Transit (+$200)

These options mean that your order will ship out in either 15, 10 or 5 business days after you place your order (paid for) AND you've approved your proofs. UPS Ground transit time is anywhere from 1-5 business days, depending on your shipping address's proximity to our print facility located in Southern California.

After you place your order, your design will then enter our proofing process. On the cart page before you checkout, you’ll have an option to pay $9.99 for an Expedited Proof, which will take up to 1 business day. Otherwise, for our free proofing service, we will typically need 2-3 business days after checkout to provide you with a print-ready proof. From there, you can review and approve your proof OR request changes. If you request any changes, we will need about 1 business day to send you an updated proof.

All three turnaround options will then start after you approve your final proof for production.

Can I change my order details after I checkout?

• Yes! Your order details are not considered final until you approve your final proof mockups and specs.
• In case you change your mind after checkout, you can cancel your order and get a 100% refund (as long as you have not approved yet).

Can I order my design on more than one shirt color?

• Yes! You may combine up to 3 total shirt colors in the same order. Just click the checkbox "Split my order into multiple shirt colors!"
• The same order means that your design will be printed the exact same on all shirt colors and sizes (ink colors, dimensions, placement, etc). 

What if I want to order more than one design?

• Please place a separate order. Each unique design = one order. 

What if my uploaded design files contain more ink colors than what I select?

• Our art team will edit your design to match the number of ink colors you select. You can provide specific instructions on how we should create your proof in the Order Notes comment box above. 

Can I send you my design files after I place my order?

• Yes! Please email them to help@ultrapress.com and reference your Order #.

How does pricing work?

• This product contains special package pricing.
• Package pricing includes a 1 color print, and the min qty ranges from 50 - 100.
• You can add up to 3 ink colors on Front and Back for an additional cost.
